Shipping is paid by the purchaser, unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped via FedEx 2-day Air from Hawaii, USA.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. During busier times, order shipment may take up to 7-14 days.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with FedEx. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.

International Shipping

We ship can ship worldwide, however online order shipping is only available to certain destinations as designated by Happy Haleiwa.

All orders to Japan are shipped through Yamato Transport from Hawaii, USA; USPS or FedEx via availability/service.

Tracking

A tracking number is issued by FedEx, USPS and Yamato Transport when items are shipped and we will email you with this number after your purchase and upon shipment of your order.

Taxes

Taxes related to purchases on the Happy Haleiwa website are included in the final price paid by the purchaser.

All duties and taxes incurred locally at the shipping destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

In the occasion that shipped merchandise is returned to us because of a failure to pay destination duties and taxes, re-shipping costs are also the responsibility of the purchaser and there will be no refunds for the original purchase and shipping cost.
