Return Policy
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs are non refundable. Unworn product in saleable condition may be returned if accompanied with a purchase receipt and all original tags, if the product was not marked as "all sales final".
Product marked as all sales final, including but not limited to sale items are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days. Please note that returned items may incur a $10 restocking fee.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All products that are damaged or lost in the shipping process from the purchaser to Happy Haleiwa are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Product exchanges will be dependent on availability of items and all product marked for sale or "all sales final" will not be accepted.
